Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Pulse. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds. We offer a generous free tier so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan.

2. Subscription Billing

Pulse offers three plans: Starter (Free), Growth ($49/month), and Scale ($149/month). Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis starting from the date of your initial subscription. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You will receive a receipt via email for each payment.

3. Free Trial and Evaluation

Our Starter plan is free and allows you to use Pulse with limited features (1 product, 3 subreddits, 5 drafts/day). We encourage you to use the free plan to evaluate the Service before upgrading. There is no time limit on the free plan.

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • First purchase, within 7 days: If you are a first-time subscriber to a paid plan and request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Service issues: If you experience a significant, documented service outage or technical issue that prevents you from using the core features of the Service for an extended period, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund or account credit at our discretion.
  • Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase of a paid plan
  • Subsequent billing cycles after the first payment (renewals)
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated draft quality (we recommend using the free plan to evaluate first)
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service

6. Pro-Rata Credits

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan mid-billing cycle, we will apply a pro-rata credit to your account. This credit will be applied toward future billing cycles. We do not issue cash refunds for plan downgrades.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. When you cancel, your paid plan features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically revert to the free Starter plan. No further charges will be made after cancellation. 8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@appeneure.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include your workspace name and the email address associated with your account.
  3. Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
