Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pulse ("Service"), operated at pulse-rose-eta.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pulse ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Pulse is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that monitors Reddit for publicly available conversations relevant to your product or service. The Service uses artificial intelligence to classify posts by relevance, draft suggested replies, and deliver them to your Slack workspace for review and approval. Pulse does not post replies on your behalf — all posting is performed manually by you after reviewing and approving drafted content.

3. Account Registration

To use Pulse, you must authenticate via Slack OAuth and connect a Slack workspace. You represent that you have the authority to connect the workspace and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Spam, harass, or engage in any form of abusive behavior on Reddit or any other platform
• Generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical restrictions of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates Reddit's Terms of Service or Content Policy
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated draft replies before posting them on Reddit or any other platform. You acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for any content you post using drafts generated by the Service. You are also responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Reddit's Terms of Service and any applicable community guidelines.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence models provided by third-party providers to classify Reddit posts and generate draft replies. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate suggestions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You must review all generated content before use and accept full responsibility for any content you choose to post.

7. Subscription and Billing

Pulse offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. 8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Pulse and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or provide through the Service, including product descriptions and feedback. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by disconnecting your Slack workspace or contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any content you post using AI-generated drafts from the Service.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by law.
